Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Our Shipping Partners

To provide the most reliable service across Germany and Europe, we ship exclusively via Deutsche Post and DHL GoGreen. This ensures that every shipment is climate-neutral, supporting our commitment to a circular fashion economy.

2. Shipping Rates (2026)

We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple. All prices include VAT.

3. Packstation & Poststation Delivery

We support delivery to DHL Packstations and Deutsche Post branches throughout Germany. This allows you to pick up your order 24/7.

How to order to a Packstation:

  1. Enter your Full Name.

  2. Put your Postnummer (Personal Customer Number) in the "Address Line 2" or "Company" field.

  3. Enter "Packstation" as the Street and the 3-digit number of the Packstation as the House Number.

  4. Enter the Postcode and City of the Packstation location.

4. Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Germany: 2–4 business days via DHL.

  • EU: 5–10 business days.

  • Small Items: Accessories or light garments may be sent via Deutsche Post Prio, which fits directly into your mailbox and includes basic tracking.

5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In partnership with the "Green" initiatives of the German post, we use:

  • Plastic-free shipping materials.

  • Minimalist sizing to reduce the carbon footprint of transport.

  • Reusable mailers where possible—please reuse the packaging if you need to return an item!

6. Returns (Widerrufsrecht)

In accordance with German law, you have the right to return your items within 14 days.

  • Return Label: You can generate a return label through our portal.

     

  • Cost: To discourage environmental waste from "fast-fashion" habits, a return fee of €4.95 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Drop-off: Returns can be dropped off at any Deutsche Post branch, DHL Paketshop, or Packstation.

7. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your Recostume piece is handed over to the government post or DHL, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your parcel directly in the Post & DHL App.
